NOTE: In response to public outcry, Leonard Peltier has been transferred back to Lewisburg Penitentiary from Canaan Penitentiary in Pennsylvania where he had been jumped and brutalized, held in solitary without proper food and medical attention and denied access to attorneys. But we must continue the pressure to assure Leonard's safety and his release.
